We have formed a highly professional and cohesive team. Each Nicaraguan team member has the opportunity to attend English class at the best school in Nicaragua, Ave Maria. This includes Nelgin our Operations Manager, Jose Ines our crew manager, Erika, our Receptionist, Ventura, our chauffer; and Cristian our Housekeeper. Gaspar our Listing Manager is in charge of a team of 5 ‘finca finders’ that search for the best properties in the area. This is the first part of our ‘MLS’. Sandra our in house Lawyer checks all property Titles and Planos to insure we only list fully insurable properties. This is the second part of our ‘MLS’. Irene runs our Property Management side of the house. Barry, Adam, John, Gaspar and Ross make up our sales agents. John is our General Manager and Gaspar is our assistant manager. The office is owned by Barry.
Our agents are at the forefront of working with the clients. They work very closely with the Listing Manager and in house Lawyer to provide the best listings possible. They have all attended University in the US or Canada and have all worked in the corporate world for companies such as Deloitte & Touche, SAP Software, Siebel Systems, Sotheby's Realty and McDonalds Corporate. They understand the proper way to conduct business. They all surf providing them with the opportunity to discover the best beach properties available.
Since our inauguration in 2004 we have been very successful. We feel the need to give back to the community through education, sports and art Through the A. Jean Brugger foundation we are sending 8 students to University and providing the opportunity for many children to attend High School. We have 2 Century 21 little league teams and 2 adult baseball teams. We feel privileged to sponsor the 2 best Nicaraguan surfers to compete in international contests in El Salvador and Costa Rica. We also support many of the countries best sculptors, potters and glass blowers allowing them to show and export their art.
