Grupo ConstrucTom was established in 1993 by its president Tom Terry.



Terry’s background is extensive with many years constructing in California before concentrating efforts in the early 90’s to mount a first class, highly trained work force in Central America.

Among accomplishments are numerous awards for best construction in Costa Rica working closely with famous contemporary architect Victor Canas.

ConstrucTom has delivered over 50 projects including custom view homes, multi unit condominiums, small hotels, commercial structures, infrastructure including potable water systems, sewage trteatment plants, underground cabling, roads and bridges.

Our group is over 300 persons strong with custom mill shop (1200m2), welding shop and storage facilities. We are inscribed with the College of Architects and Engineers and the Camera of Constructoras.

Our goal is to deliver quality construction at a fair price on time.
