Barry Oliver:
Barry joined Century 21 Gold Coast Realty as General Manager in 2004. He spent one season as a professional Triathlete in Argentina. He has 7 years experience as a Senior Account Executive for Deloitte & Touche, SAP Software and Siebel Systems. While surfing he fell in love with Central America in 2000 and the next year he moved to Nicaragua and founded his export business. Barry received his B.A. in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly State University, SLO where he also graduated Cum Laude with a Masters in Industrial Technology.

Barry supports the local baseball leagues and donates to local education through the A. Jean Brugger Foundation. He enjoys time with his Costa Rican wife Sigrid and daughter Angela.

John Goldenberg AKA Johnny G:
John has spent the greater part of the last 20 years chasing down tennis balls all over the world. He came to Nicaragua 4 years ago with Barry Oliver to open the San Juan Del Sur office. A native of Canada, he has decided to move to Nicaragua full time as the Century 21 San Juan office General Manager. Johnny G is also part owner of the Century 21 Popoyo office and has a history of working in real estate in the Cayman Islands.

Gaspar Guadamuz:
Gaspar Guadamuz was born in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. He comes from a large, prominent family in town. They are dedicated to public service and helping the community. He attended UPOLI and UNACAD Universities and received his degree in business. He also studied law, Spanish Grammar, history of Nicaragua and English. After college he became a Spanish professor. He also served as supervisor for the 2006 Census. He also played an integral role in overseeing the protocol for presidential elections. Gaspar now works for Century 21 as our assistant manager and as a listing agent helping the realtors and clients efficiently and carefully execute real estate transactions. Gaspar has also volunteered his time working in orphanages and the San Juan del Sur library.

Brock Frost:
R. Brock Frost is originally from Canada where he worked in sales and as a real estate investor. On a trip down to Nicaragua to seek out potential investments, Brock instantly fell in love with the country and the unbelievable opportunities it presented. He currenty invests heavily in Nicaragua and is dedicated to helping others achieve wealth and a better qualifty of life.

Brock also has commited himself to giving back to the Nicaraguan community by working closely with an orphanage near his home. There are 26 kids that call Nuestros Pequenos Hermanos home, and Brock knows each one of them by name and spends time with them every week. In addition, he is also creating a private fund in which he donates a percentage of his earnings to help Nicaraguan's open their own small businesses.

Denise Estrade:
Born in the U.S. but has lived in Nicaragua most of her life. Started working at an early age during summers at The Cornerstone Group, Developers and Network Capital Group a Lending Company in the U.S. Then she came back to Nicaragua where she became a Spanish teacher, while studying her major at a local University, UAM. As a teacher she met a Century 21 sales agent who then offered her the opportunity of working there. She started in the company as office manager in 2007. By mid 2007 she moved to San Juan del Sur where she spent seven wonderful months working and enjoying the beach lifestyle. Now she is working full time in the Central Office in Managua as a Corporate Manager, being in charge of assisting Managers and managing projects finances.

Porfirio Uriarte:
Porfirio is originally from san juan del sur. He is a professor of the Hispano – American University and has 25 years of experience in audits and accounting systems. Since 2005 he has been in charge of the accounting for Century 21.

Jose Ines Mercado:
Born and raised in San Juan del Sur, he started working for century 21 gold coast realty since the office open. He works as an Account and finances assistant, he loves to be part of the century 21 team.

Maria Elena Campos:
Maria Elena is in charge of keeping everything in order in the office; she also makes the best breakfast in town for the entire C21 staff.

Erika Ferrufino: Receptionist and Rental Agent
Erika is a native of San Juan del Sur, and states that she is very blessed to have born here in such a beautiful paradise. An addition to being employed by Century 21 Gold Coast Realty, the company also contributes to her education by sponsoring her in both her English and Secretarial classes. She states that she loves working for Century 21 Gold Coast Realty and truly enjoys working in the tourism and real estate industries. Her responsibilities with Century 21 Gold Coast Realty include secretary and rental agent. According to Erika, "It is an honor for me to be part of the Century 21 Gold Coast Realty family. I’ve been here more than 2 years. I try to give my best effort everyday in everything that I do. I like to live by the motto that nothing is impossible and YOU NEVER HAVE TO SAY I CAN’T. . "

Karla Traña: Receptionist
Karla is one of our newest members of the Century 21 Gold Coast team. Her duties include web updates and receptionist. She recently represented the town as Miss San Juan del Sur in 2007.

Juan Carlos Dinarte: Chauffeur
Juan Carlos has been working for 3 year for Century 21. He is the chauffeur in charge of taking our clients to their destination on time and safely.

Ramon Perez: Security
Ramon Perez he is the man of the day every day!!! He is our security guard who takes care of the staff and clients. He gets to enjoy our friendly people coming in and out and the beautiful sunsets.
