Rental Management
This service is provided for clients who’s homes already have
their management services being taken care of, and would like our help
finding renters for it. Your property will be advertised to potential
renters through our website and other marketing publications that our
office is affiliated with. Century 21 will handle all of the rental
details, including lease services to ensure the safety of your house,
and the comfort of the renters. The base rate for this service is 20%
of the rental income created from our services; however this rate may
be altered depending on the location, rental price, and time of year.

Full Service Nicaragua Property Management
This service is provided for property owners who would also like
Century 21 to take care of the property management aspects of their Nicaragua property,
as well as find renters. These services include the paying of bills,
ensuring the security of the home, hiring and maintaining of staff,
and any maintenance that may be required. These services can be yours
at a base rate of 25% of the rental income produced by our team, and
will increase according to the amount of work you will want our team
to do. This service is perfect for those who have made an investment
here, and are not available year round to watch over it. Our Management
team will assure you that your property will be in the same condition,
if not better, as when you left it.
Paying Property Taxes
Allow us to make the paying of your Nicaragua property taxes an easier, less
painful experience. For a fee of $100 dollars per deed, we will find
how much property taxes are legally due, pay them in a timely manner,
and keep a record of the payments. In order to do this, a copy of
your deed is needed, which can be emailed to our office.
