This well maintained villa is located in a gated development "Hacienda Iguana" with twenty-four hour security. It is a ground floor 3 bedroom 2 bath villa with everything you need! There is one master bedroom with private bath, and two additional bedrooms with a shared bath. Each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning, and ceiling fans. There is are comfortable sleeping arrangements for 3 couples or 6 individuals
